As a compliment to our Base Legal product we offer a selection of legal services to individual clients outside the business scope. This includes advising on and reviewing of employment agreements, advising on employee preparation for disciplinary hearing / retrenchment process, and advising on the legal aspects of work related grievances or disputes

FOUNDER
Hey there, I am Neo.
I set out on my career as a lawyer over 10 years ago. After securing a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Witwatersrand, I chose to go into practice and was admitted as an attorney. I grew a lot during that part of my journey and am eternally grateful for the lessons learned and relationships developed. After a few years, I left practice and pursued an MBA from Wits Business School. This was the start of a 6-year journey into the world of entrepreneurship.
Throughout my entrepreneurship journey thus far, I have been fortunate to work with a number of business owners. Most of these clients simply needed help getting unstuck, filling in some gaps, and getting the capacity to address burning issues so that their businesses can move forward. They felt they didn't know where to start or what to focus on. I found that helping them get unstuck also helped me get unstuck.
So I founded Base Insight to help those with young businesses wishing to scale to stretch their potential by offering foundational insights, guidance, and solutions that speak to the core of their business. Preparing them to launch and scale efficiently.
This is not a “one size fits all” operation. We desire to pitch solutions at each client’s level of knowledge and needs. My aim is to help you make sense of the core pieces of the puzzle that can get you unstuck and take your particular business off the ground or to the next level. In addition, I look to share my network of trusted skilled professionals that can assist business owners with aspects such as marketing, financial management and tax, as well as more extensive strategic support.
